First Arctic Grayling for Nina
At the 2007 Arctic Grayling flyout trip to South Knife River, we experienced untouched wilderness, spectacular scenery and great fly fishing on a river you could drink from.
We caught over 30 Arctic Grayling including five Master Anglers - one that matched the largest caught in Manitoba waters in 2006 - 20 1/2 inches!
In this photo, Nina, a nurse from Winnipeg who travelled to North Knife Lake with her husband George, is all smiles as she holds her first ever Arctic Grayling, caught on 4-pound test using the tiniest of flys!
The fly-fishing experience of a lifetime!
